Heading home

Finally we're heading home. Steve and Doug left around 6 or so. They had to drive back to Eau Claire to get Doug's car from the Ramada. The rest of us left just after 9a, packed up our treasures and headed home! Bill and Craig took the truck back to Milwaukee where they met Pete and he helped them unload the set into the Stiemke lobby and the warehouse. Becca, Jimmy, Lee and I took the long way home through Marshfield where we left Jimmy's car, the picture is deceptive, but it was the first thing we saw! We thought we had quite a shoveling job in front of us!! As it was, he was a little less buried, but it was still a little bit of a job digging out since we only had ice scrapers! The side trip through Marshfield gave us a chance to have one more meal at the Kitchen Table, a great breakfast and lunch place with fantastic home made bread. Around 5:30 after everyone was dropped off and the van returned we finally put our little tour to bed. Becca wasn't ready to let it go, when I dropped her off, she said she'd see me for van call on Wednesday - Cleveland WI here we come!
